Returns & Shipping Information
We want you to be delighted with your Pamuuc purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the steps and policies below.
How to Start a Return
- Visit our GLS Returns Portal: https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/pamuuc
- Enter your order number and email address to generate a return label.
- Print the label and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
- Find your nearest GLS parcel shop: https://gls-group.com/GROUP/en/depot-parcelshop-search
- Drop the package off at that parcel shop.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return postage is €8 per order.
- This fee covers half of the shipping cost we incur.
- The €8 will be automatically deducted from your refund once we receive and inspect your items.
Return Conditions & Timeline
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Once GLS delivers your package to our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return.
- After processing, your refund (minus the €8 return fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:
- Return the original item for a refund (see above).
- Place a new order for the desired item on our website.
