Returns & Shipping Information

We want you to be delighted with your Pamuuc purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the steps and policies below.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our GLS Returns Portal: https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/pamuuc
  2. Enter your order number and email address to generate a return label.
  3. Print the label and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
  4. Find your nearest GLS parcel shop: https://gls-group.com/GROUP/en/depot-parcelshop-search
  5. Drop the package off at that parcel shop.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return postage is €8 per order.
  • This fee covers half of the shipping cost we incur.
  • The €8 will be automatically deducted from your refund once we receive and inspect your items.

Return Conditions & Timeline

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Once GLS delivers your package to our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return.
  • After processing, your refund (minus the €8 return fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please:

  1. Return the original item for a refund (see above).
  2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website.
